Forbrugerombudsmanden har behandlet en række sager vedr. fitnesscentres opsigelsesvilkår, navnlig om adgangen til at opsige.

Det følger af forbrugeraftalelovens § 25, at forbrugeren som udgangspunkt skal kunne opsige en forbrugeraftale med en måneds varsel til udgangen af en måned.
